Sanitation & Pest Management Programs
On an assignment at a consumer-packaged goods facility, an AIB International expert discovered inefficiencies with the site’s sanitation and pest management programs. Our expert discovered that pesticides were being purchased, but not being used properly, thus making preventive efforts a time and money waste. After informing the customer that a proper sanitation program and clean facility eliminated pest activities, they were able to save on expenses.
Internal Audits
One expert was assigned to a facility in Texas as a food safety manager, managing shift workers. While on-site, the customer received word of an FDA inspection. The expert quickly pivoted her focus and attention and became an internal auditor, helping to prepare the team and facility to pass the upcoming audit.
Troubleshooting
A customer was faced with the challenge of integrating one product into another, but only at a certain percentage over time to keep quality and customer satisfaction up to standards. Our Assign an Expert was placed on-site in a Quality Director capacity for over three months. He supervised production during this time to ensure no more than the proper percentage of product was incorporated. He was also faced with discovering the root cause of this issue to prevent another occurrence.
Corporate Support & Programs Development
An AIB International expert was assigned to a customer headquarters for a Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) project.
